Quotes and payment
Pricing is quoted per project based on academic level, complexity, word count, deadline and research or analysis requirements. Work begins once your order is confirmed in line with the agreed terms.
Deadlines and delivery
Turnaround times are agreed before work begins and depend on the scope of the project and how promptly requirements are provided. Completed work is delivered digitally.
Revisions
If delivered work does not match the instructions you provided, we will revise it. Revision scope and time limits are confirmed with your quote.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete requirements, including rubrics, marking schemes and lecturer instructions, and for reviewing delivered work before submission.
Confidentiality
We treat your identity and project details as confidential, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee any specific grade, mark or academic outcome. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
